How do I submit a new environmental issue
report?
Click the green "+ Report Issue" button in the top navigation
bar. Fill in the category (Garbage, Plastic, Water, etc.), add a photo or description, pin the
location on the map, and set the priority.
Why is my report showing "In Progress" but
no update from the team?
In Progress means a moderator or field officer has picked up the
issue for review. Resolution timelines depend on priority. You can track status in real time from your report detail page.
How do I access the Admin
Dashboard?
The Admin Dashboard is accessible only to Super Admins and
Moderators. Click the "Admin" button in the top navigation.
How do I download or share a community
certificate?
Go to Certificate → View Certificates, find your certificate by
name or ID, and click the download icon to save as PDF. Each certificate includes a QR code
for instant verification.

Welcome to Suraksha Setu! This guide will give you a quick 5-minute tour of the main features so you can start contributing to your community immediately.

1. The Live Map
The Live Map is the core of our platform. It clusters environmental issues submitted by users into interactive zones. You can filter the map by category (e.g., Plastic Waste, Water Leak) or by status (Open, In Progress, Resolved).
Pro Tip: Heatmaps
Zoom out on the Live Map to automatically trigger the Heatmap view. This is incredibly useful for admins trying to identify high-density problem areas in the city.
2. Community Feed
Switch to the Community Feed if you prefer a social media style timeline. You can upvote (Support) issues reported by others. Issues with high upvotes are automatically escalated in priority for the admin team.

Hi team,
I'm trying to view the live map on my Android phone using Google Chrome, but the map tiles aren't loading. It just shows a grey grid. It works perfectly on my desktop.
Browser: Chrome 114.0.0.0
