How do I submit a new environmental issue
report?
Click the green "+ Report Issue" button in the top navigation bar.
Fill in the category (Garbage, Plastic, Water, etc.), add a photo or description, pin the
location on the map, and set the priority. Your report will be visible on the live map
immediately after submission.
Why is my report showing "In Progress" but
no update from the team?
In Progress means a moderator or field officer has picked up the
issue for review. Resolution timelines depend on priority — High priority issues are typically
resolved within 24–48 hours. You can track status in real time from your report detail page.
How do I access the Admin
Dashboard?
The Admin Dashboard is accessible only to Super Admins and
Moderators. Click the "Admin" button in the top navigation. If the button is not visible, your
account does not have the required role. Contact your Super Admin to request elevated access.
How do I download or share a community
certificate?
Go to Certificate → View Certificates, find your certificate by
name or ID, and click the download icon to save as PDF. Each certificate includes a QR code
for instant verification. You can also resend it to your registered email from the same page.

How do I submit a new environmental issue
report?
Click "+ Report Issue" in the top nav. Select the issue
category, upload a photo, pin your location on the map, write a brief description, and set
the priority level. Submit — your report goes live on the map instantly and notifies the
nearest moderator.
Can I report anonymously?
Anonymous reporting can be enabled or disabled by the platform
admin. If enabled, your name won't appear on the public report, but your account is still
logged internally for moderation purposes.
How do I track the status of my
report?
Go to the Community Feed or your profile and find your submitted
report. Status updates (Open → In Progress → Resolved) are shown in real time. You'll also
receive email notifications if email alerts are enabled in your settings.
How do I export all reports as CSV or
PDF?
In the Admin Dashboard, click "Export PDF" for the current view,
or go to Reports & Exports → select date range and filters → click "Export CSV". Data
includes all report fields: ID, category, location, priority, status, and timestamps.
How do I change a report's
priority?
Open the report from the Live Map or Active Issues list, click
the priority badge, and select the new level (Low / Medium / High). Moderators can escalate;
only Super Admins can downgrade High priority issues.
How do I reset my password?
Click "Forgot password" on the login page and enter your
registered email. You'll receive a password reset link valid for 1 hour. If you don't
receive the email within 5 minutes, check your spam folder or contact support.
The live map is not loading — what should
I do?
First, check your internet connection. The live map uses
OpenStreetMap/Leaflet which requires an active connection. Try a hard refresh
(Ctrl+Shift+R). If the issue persists, clear browser cache or try a different browser.
